How much Deposit do I pay?
Deposits for our tours are £50 per person, Daytrips are 100%. The full balance is payable 6 weeks before departure.

Do the coaches have any facilities?
Our coaches are of the highest quality and they include air conditioning, toilets and tea and coffee making facilities

What is my luggage allowance?
Our drivers have to lift your Luggage by hand. Therefore a maximum weight of 18kg per case will be allowed. We suggest one large suitcase between two, or 2 small suitcases.

Can we book seats together?
You will automatically be allocated seats together when booking. If this is not possible, you will be advised before continuing with your reservation.

Will i receive my theatre or admission ticket in advance?
Theatre and admission tickets will be issued by the Driver or Escort on the day of travel.

Will you send me a reminder when my balance is due?
No. Your Balance Due Date is printed on your Confirmation and Invoice. Please note the we will NOT automatically duduct your Balance from your Credit Card, you will have to contact us again.

How do I set up an internet account?
Start by clicking "LOG IN" from the left hand column then select "New Client" and foloow the on screen instructions. Please pay careful attention to your email address as this can only be used once and if entered a second time, it will not accept the same email address. Ensure you note your password as this is case sensitive. If you think you have entered the wrong email address, please send an email to bookings@cozytours.co.uk to have this corrected BEFORE you proceed.
Once complete, you will see the left hand LOG IN change to LOG OUT.

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?
Yes, Holiday Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of £5, £10, £20 and can be redeemed against any of our tours or daytrips. Please telephone our office to purchase

When will i get confirmation of my booking?
You will receive an email within office hours if you have given us our email address, or within 7 days if you telephone our office or post your booking form to us.

What happens if i need to cancel my holiday?
Cancellation of a booking is only effective when received in writing from the lead name on the booking. Please see our terms and conditions for details of cancellation charges.

Is my money protected
Yes. Cozy Tours complies fully with The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 and as such has all the insurance polices in places are requried under the regulations.
