Cozy Tours is part of the Cozy Group Ltd which is a family run company and is the parent company of Cozy Tours, Cozy Travel and Cozy bus and coach basedin Letchworth Garden City and Royston, Hertfordshire. with our vast amount of experience and expertise with in the coach industry we are able to provide you with an enjoyable and safe travel experience.

With the purchase of Alan's Bus and Coach in Bassingbourn duing 2008 we now have an operating base within the Royston area. This enables us to offer our customers more pickup location in and around Royston. The Main pickup point will remain as Royston bus station, but we will use our coaches based in Royston to run a feeder service around the surrouding area to meet up withthe main tour coach. Thus increasing your pickup locations and reducing pickup times.

2008 saw us win a numver of awards. In March 2008 we entered the Brighton Coach Rally where we were awarded the manufactures award for the best Scania coach at the rally in respect of the Skool Coach.

September 2008 at Showbus, the Scania Skool coach won the best 2008 bus or coach of the show. We also won the Best Local Opertor, this is awarded to the highest scoring operator from the neighbouring counties. with the help our Scania PB tour coach we also won a third award The Premier Operator 2008. This is awarded to the operator with the best multiple entry at the show.

UK Coach Awards 2010
The Coach Awards highlight customer service excellence in coaching and coach tourism.
Over 70 companies and organisations across the UK coach and coach tourism industry were recognised and rewarded for their excellence and good practice at the Belmont International UK Coach Awards, which took place on Wednesday 28 April 2010 amid the Edwardian splendour of Manchester's famous Midland Hotel.
Amongst the prizewinners were coach operators and coach drivers who were nominated by group travel organisers and other industry customers from around the country.
Cozys had been nominated by its customers for Coach Operator of the Year (Medium Fleet) and one of our drivers Les was nominated for Coach Driver of the Year, at this years UK Coach Awards.
Cozys were runner up in the Coach Operator Award and Les was Highly Commended.
